Starry Moon Farm is a Queer-owned, sustainable, urban micro-farm. We work hard growing sustainable food, building and supporting a strong local farming collective, and enhancing our communities’ well-being through our healthy veggies, sharing knowledge and the act of being sustainable, small farmers in an urban setting. We focus on veggies, herbs, and flowers through a small CSA, Pop-up Farmers Markets and cultivating community-based food systems.
Starry Moon Farm started after apprenticing in the Grow Portland/Rogue Farm Corps Beginning Farmer Apprenticeship program, interning on Eloheh Farm with Randy and Edith Woodley and realizing the unparalleled joy and happiness experienced when growing and tending to plants in organic, biodynamic ways, producing herbs and seeds for people and contributing to sustainable agriculture and food systems in a community and for communities. We want to share with you and inspire you.
We are so excited to share our passion, plants, and journey with you.
